movement; it is the absence of inactivity, it is the universal law that governs every element of matter and energy. So, in what part of our evolution do we become so still, both in ideas and in the body? When did we let go of the primal idea and the fundamental concept of movement as a survival tool?
Movement is a key piece, it is our eternal companion and ally that pushes us to a greater knowledge of ourselves and of the particular existence, it is also the engine of action from the smallest to the biggest.
In my experience, developing an awareness of movement has given me the possibility to explore my own capacities, it has given me the possibility to manage my emotions so that my body responds to an inner stimulus that if not worked on, eventually dries up like a river that does not flow and rots the waters of frustration and disease.
I have been fortunate to have a resilient body, which has risen from many battles and has led me to preserve a spirit detoxified from the ideas of comfort and stillness that affect so much the projection of humanity. This is why I promote movement as a fundamental pillar of the optimal state of my body and mind, which helps me to sustain and achieve the purposes of each day without major limitations or pain.
